Lusi is a Property Consultant, Sales & Marketing Director at Studio Malavolta, Montefiore dell’Aso, Ascoli Piceno, Le Marche, Italy

She is a founder of Studio Malavolta, a family run Property Consultancy established in 1984 in Montefiore dell’Aso. Whilst Lusi is responsible for sales and marketing, her team includes two other directors, daughter Ludovica a qualified engineer architect and son Augusto, a communications expert.

For over thirty years Lusi and her team offer a selection of fully-tailored  services aimed mainly at foreign investors ranging from identifying the right property to assisting with the buying process. This includes the final deed of sale, mortgage application and maintaining the property during the owner’s absence.

The team is dedicated to the preservation of Le Marche’s diverse cultural and natural heritage with a genuine passion for the conservation of its architectural legacy. This is reflected in their skilful and sensitive restorations of period town houses and farmhouses. They are also committed  to employing only the most trusted and ethical professionals including builders, architects and chartered surveyors.

It’s located in the heart of Montefiore dell’Aso’ historic centre, in one of the most picturesque areas of the town, allowing you to explore and get a real sense of the local culture and diversity of natural beauty unspoilt by tourism!
